Before your appointment🌞 -Do not exfoliate or use prescription creams 5-7 days prior to appointment - No waxing 24 hours prior - Botox must be done 2-3 weeks prior to appointment - No gum - No strong fragrance/perfume - Please reschedule if you are feeling sick - The facial you book may change depending on your skin type, skin analysis and consultation if I feel the facial you chose isn’t right for your skin. You don’t have to be a client to purchase one but the gift card must be for someone who has been here before. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Soul Deep Skin Care has 48 hour cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment is less than 48 hours of appointment time or you are a no call/ no show there will be a 50% charge of booked service. This 48 hours gives me time to fill the space. If your space is unable to be filled you will be charged the 50%. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Vicki at 908-902-9264. I understand things happen and I honor our time and the work that goes into the session and hope you understand. Thank you 🌞
